This introductory 3.5-hour workshop provides essential skills and knowledge to help individuals identify and learn basic skills in how to respond to signs of suicidal behaviour in others. Zero

Suicide Awareness Training (UK)

If you’re in the UK, you can access a FREE 20-minute online training to gain the skills and confidence to have a potentially life-saving conversation with someone you’re worried about. Open to anyone aged 16 and over, the course teaches how to spot warning signs, offer support, and signpost to help. You’ll receive a certificate upon completion, highlighting your vital role in suicide prevention.

Counselling Support

Our counselling project provides six free counselling sessions to ten people every three months. If you want to apply for our free counselling service please complete this application form. If you do not want to apply for a bursary but are looking for a counsellor, please look here.

NCPS Partnership

In the UK, we have partnered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) to train counsellors to understand skaters’ mental well-being issues. This database of accredited practitioners includes only those who have completed a CPD programme developed by The Ben Raemers Foundation.
